Tilenni Stiles & Associates was named Best Self-Managed Super Fund Firm in the 2024 Client Choice Awards. The firm was also a finalist for Best Accounting & Consulting Services Firm and has been a winner or finalist in multiple previous years dating back to 2018.
Tilenni said his team was “delighted once again to be recognised through the Client Choice Awards”.

When asked what areas of service helped his firm differentiate from competitors, Tilenni said it was “the depth of our clients’ trust in the team and the practice overall”. He added that seeking and responding to client feedback through the awards process was a major priority for the firm.
“We always review clients’ responses and take action to adjust what we do, or how we do it, to continually improve what we do,” he said.
The Client Choice Awards have been running since 2005. They are the only professional services awards in the world that use the feedback of tens of thousands of clients to determine winners. It is also one of the few professional awards programs that remains free to enter. In 2024, 250 firms from across Australia and New Zealand entered the awards, and Beaton analysed more than 16,000 client ratings in the judging process.
The feedback data from the Client Choice Awards every year informs the annual Beaton Benchmarks reports, which detail how firms in each profession measure up to their competitors. In 2024, one of the key findings of this benchmarking research was that trust and reputation can have major impact on client relationships – and consequently, the financial success of a firm. The ability to build and maintain trust for longstanding relationships, in the way Tilenni Stiles & Associates does, may be fundamental for sustainable growth in the changing market.
