At the end of each annual research cycle, beaton sends a short report to respondents who generously provided feedback to their professional services firms. This is done to give these respondents an understanding of the types of insights that are gleaned from the beatonbenchmarks study to which they have contributed. 

The 2019 report is in the form of an infographic which focuses on various aspects of consideration, i.e. what is important when clients consider a firm, how many firms clients are considering and how this varies across professions.
