Each year the Client Choice Awards name the best Australian and New Zealand professional service firms across four professions: accounting and consulting services, built and natural environment consulting, law and related services, and specialist IP and related services. The awards are unique in that they are decided based on client feedback submitted to beaton, rather than decided by judging panels or appointed industry experts.
Entering the Awards offers a unique opportunity for firms to benchmark their success – as judged by clients – against direct competitors in the same market.
Ms Scampion credited DLA Piper’s win to putting client experience “at the core of everything” the firm did. With this “core” in mind, lawyers had responded to client feedback over recent years by pivoting their work beyond purely legal solutions to a more full-service approach.
